Wonderful nursing skills and realistic view of problem. Told there would be lengthy waiting list for specialist opinion and appointment. could be 16 months which casts doubt on full recovery . No answer to underlying problem or what to do .

Had a problem with my colon while on holiday on my return I spoke to Dr Perryman she told me to leave the paperwork the hospital had given me at reception Few days later she rang and emailed me all dietary advice She then emailed a Colerectal Surgeon an within a few days I received a letter stating that I still required a colonoscopy but it wasn’t urgent which I would have on a routine basis I can’t thank Dr Perryman enough putting my mind at ease emailed me dietary advice Then had a face to face appt she had passed all my info on to a colorectal consultant. I was told that I didn’t have cancer which really worried me what a relief Thank you

The care

The care I received from Michelle the nurse in monitoring and changing the dressings to my dog bite was excellent. Getting through on the phone is a nightmare.

Came for an appointment with a client with autism at Heene The sign in screen was not working so reported to reception At no point did she tell us we wer 40 mins early she just said they were running 40 mins late After 1 hour we asked how much longer and told another 40 minclie t decided to leave Made a complaint which was dealt with really quickly The bathroom at Heene was not clean We returned today and service was excellent for a blood test

Complaint handling excellent Toilet needs a refurb
